Mila - Positive Habits, it's a small project between my fiancée Laura, and myself, Bastien. We spent hours mindlessly scrolling on social medias or useless video content via our smartphone. It drained our energy and we knew we could do better!
So we started searching for ideas to avoid entering in this infernal cycle of infinite mindless scrolling and discovered that if we took good small positive habits to do instead of starting scrolling, the loop would not start. We started immediatly and saw big effects on our mindsets, energy levels and productivity so we made an app to help us continue!
We are what we eat. And by taking positive healthy habits, we can have a healthier relationship to cooking and food.
An average person spends hours a day scrolling on social medias, but still declare lacking time at the end of the day. By skipping mindless scroll, you can save a lot of time!
This app tells you to quit the smartphone addiction and stop using servers of social medias and big video platforms. If we all manage to avoid watching a useless 4K Video one in a while, we'll have a really positive impact on the planet we live
The different habits you'll take will help you stay active by stretching or exercising in a few seconds. And the sum of few seconds make a big difference in the end.
